The usual DTG exhibition was successfully held two weeks ago in Dhaka. In this show the Italian company introduced for the first time in Bangladesh Typhoon cutting machine, model 920 that has received a great approval, as well as a strong interest from all operators in the sector.
Good expectations therefore in this market for the year 2019 which looks positive after the elections just ended.

After the launch and the first sales of new cutting machine Typhoon 920, IMA has been concentrating in the renewal of Formula machine series which is completely changed starting from the name.
In fact the new generation it’s called VORTEX series and the new name chosen for the different models will be on the trail of Typhoon:
– Tempest 30 (for 30 cm compressed)
– Storm 50 (for 50 cm compressed)
– Hurricane 70 for hard/rigid fabrics (for 70 cm compressed) – Cyclone 100 (for 100 cm compressed)
By this new series the cutting machine is now much more performing. We have improved the efficiency of the machines not only in terms of quality, but also in terms of productivity.
Here below the most significant improvements:
– CNC of latest generation which increases the reliability and the performance of the machinery
– Digital motors with extreme precision made by Mitsubishi.
– New CCC with innovative and user-friendly interface: applications have been redesigned graphically and in functionality, with particular attention to ergonomics and ease of use.
– Enhanced vacuum system to increase fabric stability (as typhoon – possibility to fix it on Hurricane 70 and Cyclone 100).
– Blade speed up to 6000 rpm with counter-rotating masses for vibration reduction (as Typhoon – possibility to fix it on Hurricane 70).
– Advanced reporting of performed jobs.
– Possibility of integration into the Syncro Cutting Room System thanks to digital controls. Thanks to this, the new IMA cutter series can be integrated into the Syncro Cutting Room system, which nowadays is for use both on the web and within the corporate network.
