OnePlus 901 represents the cutting edge of automatic single-ply cutting machine, capable of meeting the most stringent market requirements, especially in the presence of positioned cutting.

Designed to achieve an exceptionally high level of precision and in combination with dedicated software, the machine automatically eliminates any distortions, ensuring perfect alignment of the fabric pattern at all times. Built on a solid frame, it ensures exceptional stability and peak performance. The dual-motor system for the cutting bridge movement provides excellent performance in terms of torque and speed, ensuring absolute precision in every operation.

The wide useful cutting area, measuring 3 meters in length, enables outstanding productivity by reducing the number of advances needed for long fabric runs and optimizing overall process efficiency. There are two available unloading/collection areas configurations – short or long (1500 or 3000 mm) – for greater customization and workflow optimization. The OnePlus 901 cutting head is extremely compact, but capable of housing up to three selectable devices from the available options, ensuring maximum modularity.

OnePlus 901 integrates the IMA Intelli-Match intelligent vision system, designed to automatically detect patterns on striped, checkered, logoed, or repetitively patterned fabrics. The operator only needs to select the sample and indicate the repeat ratio – the rest Is handled by the software.
