Pickup Identifier
Identification of pieces coming out of the cutting machine

Pickup Identifier is a device composed of hardware and software that allows you to identify and mark pieces just cut, directly on the cutting machine’s unloading section. It uses a personal computer equipped with a touch display and a small thermal printer for adhesive labels. The program is constantly synchronized with the HMI application that governs the cutting machine and graphically shows the pieces available on the unloading table. Each piece can be represented with a different color depending on the associated text; it is possible to control the printing of the label with a simple touch.
